When you use this site, your IP address is logged on our servers.  This is normal behaviour for a web site.

You have the option to create an account on this website.  If you create an account, our database will include the name you choose to register, your email address, the IP address used at registration and the date of registration.  We use this information to process your order and we may use the information to contact you about your order if necessary.

From time to time we may use your email address to send you a newsletter.  You have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to these newsletters during registration and at any time afterwards.  

Payment methods are provided by external payment providers (for example, PayPal), each of whom has their own privacy policy.

We treat your information as confidential and unless required to do so by law, we will never reveal your details to other parties.

This site uses cookies.   A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we put on you computer.  By using this site we consider you to have agreed to the use of these cookies (this is called ‘implied consent’).

The cookies are used to implement certain features and services availabe on this site, such as the shopping cart.  The cookies do not hold personal information such as usernames, passwords or payment details.

PHPSESSID This is a session cookie used to record your shopping basket.  It is deleted when you leave the site.

language This persistent cookie allows the web site to use and display English format.

currency This persistent cookie allows the pages to use and display GBP format.

__atuvc The __atuvc cookie is used by the ‘Add This’ function.  It is created and read by our JavaScript on the client side in order to make sure the user sees the updated count if they share a page and return to it before our share count cache is updated. No data from that cookie is sent back to AddThis and removing it when disabling cookies would cause unexpected behavior for users.

You can view the cookies in your browser and delete them at any tme if you want to.  To do either of these things, refer to specific instructions for your browser.  These instructions (help files) are usually available online.

If you disable cookies in your browser you will be unable to use some features and services on this site (such as purchasing items).

When you pay for items in your shopping cart, you will be forwarded to a payment provider (such as PayPal).  These payment providers may add their own cookies and will have their own cookie policy.
